I just wanted to take a moment to say, "thank you" for our new machine. It's up and running, and we're getting things done very quickly, thanks to the new 4-head Tajima that you found for us. The delivery of the machine, via trucking firm ( Semper Fi Logistics), was very smooth and their guy (Bill), was a pleasure to work with. The whole experience was headache-free (which is something I'm not accustomed to).
